This Shipping Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Dunes Beauty ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Serviceable Locations

Dunes Beauty currently offers shipping within India only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time refers strictly to order verification, quality checks, and handover to the courier partner and does not include transit time.

Dunes Beauty reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to inventory issues, payment verification failures, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per applicable laws.


3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available only on prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional Rs:50 COD charges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout

All applicable shipping charges are transparently disclosed at checkout in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.


5. Courier Partners & Risk Transfer

We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers for order fulfillment. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and operations are governed by the courier’s service conditions.

Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.


6. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the courier partner’s system.

Dunes Beauty shall not be held responsible for tracking delays caused by courier technology limitations.


7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Dunes Beauty shall not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or unavailability of the recipient.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges or cancellation deductions may apply.


8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Shipments

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete at the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Refuse delivery or

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos

Complaints raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

9. Delays, Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Dunes Beauty shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, epidemics, acts of government, or courier service disruptions.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product paid by the customer, excluding shipping fees.


10. Compliance With Consumer Protection Laws

This Shipping Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian laws.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
